Shipping Policy

  1. Dispatch Time:

    • Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  2. Delivery Time:

    • Products will be delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on the location and serviceability of your area.

  3. Tracking Information:

    • Customers will receive tracking updates via SMS once the order is dispatched.

    • Tracking details will also be available under the Orders section on our website for easy monitoring.

  4. International Shipping:

    • Currently, we only ship within India. Terms for international shipping will be updated upon expansion.


Undelivered Items

  1. Returns to Sender:

    • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect shipping information or missed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

    • For prepaid orders, customers will have the option to:

      • Request the item to be reshipped.

      • Opt for a gift card, valid for 60 days, equal to the order value.

    • For COD orders, the package will not be reprocessed.

  2. Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information when placing orders.


Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

  2. Exceptional Cases:

    • If a cancellation request is approved under extraordinary circumstances, a cancellation adjustment may apply.


Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Reporting Issues:

    • Customers must report any damage, defect, or issue within 72 hours of delivery. The report should include:

      • Order ID.

      • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

    • Reports can be sent via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM.

  2. Resolution:

    • Once the issue is verified, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or gift card.


Refundable and Non-Refundable Charges

  1. Shipping Charges:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged product).
