This website is operated by ZERO F***S GIVEN, a registered brand under ZFG Uncensored Apparels LLP. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ZERO F***S GIVEN.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms stated here, including any additional policies referenced herein.


2. Account & User Responsibility

To make a purchase or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • Ensuring all activity under your account complies with these Terms

ZFG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.


3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to individual screen settings.

All our drops may be limited in quantity, and product availability is not guaranteed. In certain cases, stock may run out before the website is updated. ZFG reserves the right to cancel or modify an order in case of stock unavailability, with an appropriate refund or resolution offered where applicable.


4. Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1 Product Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) / Partial COD options where applicable. By selecting any payment method, you agree to the terms of the respective payment provider or gateway.

4.3 Partial COD & Rejection Policy

  • Orders placed with Partial Cash on Delivery require a mandatory advance payment starting at ₹200 (the value may vary depending on the total order amount). This advance is adjusted toward the final payable amount at the time of delivery.

  • If an order is refused at delivery, cancelled after dispatch, or returned due to customer unavailability or incomplete address, the Partial COD advance shall be adjusted toward shipping and handling costs.

  • If ZERO F***S GIVEN cancels an order, or if the product is out of stock or undeliverable due to reasons not attributable to the customer, the eligible amount will be processed as per the applicable refund or store credit policy.

  • Customers with repeated failed or rejected COD deliveries may have the COD option disabled for future orders.

4.4 Payment Security

All transactions on our website are processed via secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

4.5 Order Confirmation

Upon successful placement of an order, customers will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with order details. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within the timeline communicated on the website or product page.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner performance, and external factors beyond our control.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.

ZFG is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We strive to ensure every order meets expectations, but if you need to make a return or exchange, our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

6.1 Sale Items

  • All products purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional event are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Customers may request an exchange for sale items, subject to product and size availability.

  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, no return or refund will be processed.

  • These conditions apply to all discounted purchases and are non-negotiable.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

All product designs, logos, images, graphics, website content, and brand assets displayed on this website are the intellectual property of ZERO F***S GIVEN.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or duplication of this material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


8. Limitation of Liability

ZFG is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from:

  • Shipping delays, stock issues, or technical errors beyond our control

  • Third-party service failures, including payment gateways or courier partners

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in relation to the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
